La investigación realizada sobre clima institucional y el desempeño docente se inició con la pregunta ¿En que medida existe una relación existente entre clima institucional y desempeño docente en la insitucion educativa Josè Lorenzo Cornejo Acosta? El objetivo general determinar en que medida existe una relación entre el clima insitucional y el desempeño docente en la institución educativa, como objetivos específicos: caracterizar el clima institucional , establecer el desempeño docente y proponer una propuesta a la problemática, teniendo como variable independiente clima institucional y variable dependiente desempeño docente, aplicándose los instrumentos a 1 directora y 31 docente comprendido del nivel primario y secundario, los instrumentos aplicados fueron adaptados de otros autores tales como para la variable clima institucional de los libros de: Gibson y sus Colaboradores (1984) Clima organizacional, de Edgar Valdivia Vivanco “Liderazgo y gestión de los centros de educación técnica”. Para la variable desempeño docente fueron: Ministerio de Educación - Marco del buen desempeño docente (2017). The research carried out on institutional climate and teacher performance began with the question: To what extent is there an existing relationship between institutional climate and teacher performance in the educational institution Jose Lorenzo Cornejo Acost? The general objective is to determine to what extent there is a relationship between the institutional climate and the teaching performance in the teaching performance in the educational institution, as specific objetives: to characterize the institutional climate, establish the teaching performance, applying the instruments to 1 principal and 31 teachers comprised of primary and secondary level, the applied instruments were adapted from other authors such as for the variable institutional climate of the books of: Gibson and his Collaborate (1984) Climate organization, by Edgar Valdivia Vivanco “Leadership and management of technical education centers”. Fort he teacher performance variable, they were: Ministry of Education – Framework for good teacher performance (2017).
