Entre estas el turismo vivencial es una excelente alternativa de contacto con el entorno y paisaje natural, en el cual se incluye la gastronomía como un factor importante. Sin embargo, en la actualidad, no se encuentra infraestructura que satisfaga las necesidades que genera el turismo gastronómico vivencial de manera especializada, que a su vez promuevan el desarrollo económico para el distrito de Sabandía, fortaleciendo el valor del área agrícola como patrimonio. Justamente ese es el motivo de la presente investigación, potenciar una de sus cualidades como es el turismo gastronómico vivencial vinculado al desarrollo económico y social; y como resultado del estudio desarrollar un Plan Específico para proponer un proyecto arquitectónico que articule actividades y eventos que satisfagan la demanda turística gastronómica como expresión de la cultura y tradición del sector
