Then we review the ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007, which join us to Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems indicating the general requirements which must have such systems and the interrelationship between them. Diagnosis was subsequently performed current business against the requirements of the standard, as well as a FODA analysis of the company and reviewing safety indices in 2011 and 2012. Finally the Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management System was implemented, which establish the procedures to adjust the company to the requirements of ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

Este trabajo está dividido en 10 capítulos. En una primera instancia se hace mención de los accidentes personales y ambientales ocurridos en el sector minero basados en estadísticas del Ministerio de Energía y Minas, asimismo se hace referencia a los antecedentes de la Implementación de Sistemas de Gestión tanto Ambiental como Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional. Luego se revisa las Normas ISO 14001:2004 y OHSAS 18001:2007, lo cual nos inserta a los Sistemas de Gestión Ambiental, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional indicando los requisitos generales con los que debe contar dichos sistemas y la interrelación entre ellos. Posteriormente se realizó el diagnóstico actual de la empresa frente a los requisitos exigidos por las Normas, así como también un Análisis FODA de la empresa y la revisión de los índices de seguridad de los años 2011 y 2012.
