Sumario: | Introduction: The increasing demand for emergency services, as a social product, crime and traffic accidents that put human lives at risk; it is the space where efficiency, dedication and humanity of the nurse are essential. Objective: To describe and analyze the everyday nursing care to the user in the emergency service. Theory: Lefebvre for everyday and Waldowfor the nursing care. Methodology: Qualitative research, descriptive. Scenery: Emergency service of Victor Lazarte Echegaray hospital; Participants: six nurses, selected with convenience and saturation tecniques. The Collection of speeches in depth interviews and analysis with thematic analysis. Results: Two categories and subcategories: Category 1. Nursing care to the user as a priority I and II; subcategories: 1.1 time and space that direct nursing care and 1.2 symbolisms and pluralitiesinthe sense of nurse in the care of the user in the emergency. Category 2.nursing care to the user as a priority III and IV; 2.1 subcategories nursing care in (un) enough space and time and 2.2 nurse and family involvement in care of the user. Final considerations: The nursing careto the userin the emergency service, is performed according to the priority that the user requires, showing efficiency, speed and observation skills to meet the needs. There is frustration and impotence by the insufficient number of nurses, the high demand from patients (20 to 30) and inadequate resources that encourage patients demand. |
