The objective of this study was to implement the earned value methodology to identify and control deviations in the budget and schedule in the execution of a related work in Lagunas Norte, Boroo Misquichilca mining company, 2022. The research is of an applied type with a descriptive design - Correlational, developing a quantitative approach with a cross section, the population was made up of all the related works of Minera Lagunas Norte de Boroo Misquichilca S.A; the sample for the related work "Relocation of the medical topic of mining operations Boroo Misquichilca S.A.", likewise, the technique used was documentary analysis, while the instruments consisted of the analysis of unit prices, work schedule and weekly reports of the project Therefore, the implementation of the value methodology allowed the identification and control of deviations in the budget and schedule, going from a projected budget in week 5 of S/. 708 585.17 at a value of S/. 633,536.33 in week 10, representing a saving of S/. 5446.29, for its part, the SPI, in week 5 its value was 0.92, however, at the end of the project, the value was 1, presenting a beneficial recovery, finally it is concluded that it was possible to control the budget and schedule of the work related “Relocation of the medical topic of mining operations Boroo Misquichilca S.A.” with the implementation of the earned value methodology, which allowed increasing profit by 6.6%.
