The SPSS 29 software was used as a tool for data analysis. The hypothesis was contrasted by Spearman's Rho, managing to demonstrate that there is an average positive relationship of 0.519 between personal development and job performance and a significance level of 0.033, which indicates that, if personal development is good, organizational performance it will be too.

La investigación es de tipo descriptiva con diseño correlacional, de corte transversal con una población – muestral de 17 gerentes a quienes se encuesto. Se usó como herramienta el software SPSS 29 para el análisis de los datos.
