The present investigation had as general objective, to determine the relationship that exists between personal development and organizational performance in the District Municipality of Jequetepeque - Pacasmayo, 2022. The research is of a descriptive type with a correlational design, cross-sectional with a population sample of 17 managers who were surveyed. The SPSS 29 software was used as a tool for data analysis. The hypothesis was contrasted by Spearman's Rho, managing to demonstrate that there is an average positive relationship of 0.519 between personal development and job performance and a significance level of 0.033, which indicates that, if personal development is good, organizational performance it will be too.
