Sumario:The present professional sufficiency research has prepared for the Fourth grade boys and girls of Elementary Education, titled, "We recognize our characteristics and qualities", this implies a process knowledge, assessment and acceptance oneself as an individual being and different from the others. In preparing the session, we have worked with the pedagogical and didactic processes Social Personnel and the personal development approach wich is fundamental for the person full fulfillment in a changing society. In the sesion development , motivating and challenging activities were applied that promoted the competence achievement. Build his identity, by becoming aware aspects that makes him unique, recognizing himself based on his own characteristics and qualities. It is intended that the student describe his physical characteristics and personal qualities in order to achieve his goals; stateting that they make him a unique and valuable person who is family part and school community.
