This report reveals as research problem "the influence of social responsibility programs of TECNOCOM PERU S.A.C. sugar company The welfare of the people of Usquil–Otuzco Liberated in 2013 "and this is intended to raise awareness about the programs that the company is currently running to maintain a healthy environment A healthy environment allows the proper physical and mental development of individuals. Consequently, changes in environmental quality alter positively or negatively the quality of life by increasing or decreasing the likelihood of illness or death. A negative change in the environment, through an increase in pollution, causes an increase in morbidity and mortality, and thus, a drop in the well. The CSR is the business contribution to sustainable economic development through the collaboration of her with various stakeholders (employees, local community, etc..)To improve the quality of life. Also all programs which provide the sugar company to preserve the environment, must be supervised by a control body to verify if they really are running and how they are serving the people in their daily lives.
