| Sumario: | Applied research, descriptive, cross-sectional aimed to determine the effect of Level of Knowledge and Attitudes in the Alcoholic Beverage Engineering Student Statistics National University of Trujillo half of 2011 - II, and also describe the levels knowledge about alcohol consumption, level of attitudes towards alcohol consumption and level of alcohol consumption. They hoped to find that a low level of alcohol consumption and a positive attitude to the consumption of alcohol has the effect of high consumption of alcoholic beverages, for data collection, a modification of the instrument Global Survey on Consumption Snuff in the Youth, designed by WHO, UNICEF, the study population consisted of all students currently enrolled in the first half 2011 - II of Eng Statistics, to determine the sample size used a simple random sampling to estimate the proportion of students who drink, where (p = 0.77) which was estimated with a pilot survey and precision error of 5%, for data processing used the spreadsheet Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS v18 , using the form of charts and graphs, to evaluate the effect of level of knowledge and attitudes in the alcohol test was used Somers D .. Finally we conclude that the effect of level of knowledge and attitudes on consumption of alcoholic beverages in Statistical Engineering students is zero, there being no relationship between the variables |
