Sumario:The present research was developed with the purpose of demonstrating that through the Management of Personal Branding in Digital Social Media will improve the Positioning of Students of the IX cycle of the Professional School of Administration of the National University of Trujillo I semester 2017, since professionals are developing in an increasingly competitive and demanding market. The research problem is related to the following question: How the Management of Personal Branding in digital social media improves the positioning of students of the IX cycle of the Professional School of Administration of the National University of Trujillo I semester 2017? The study population consists of 100 students, from which a non-probabilistic sample of 40 students was established, of which 20 are on the morning shift and 20 on the afternoon shift. For the present investigation the descriptive design was used, as well as the inductive and deductive method, and finally the following investigation techniques were applied: Observation and the survey. The research resulted in the students of the IX cycle of the Professional School of Administration of the National University of Trujillo I semester 2017, do not have a personal brand defined by it have to develop their personal branding plan, to differentiate their work and be unique in what they do best to achieve position in the labor market.
