The Association of Graduates in Business Administration Region II La Libertad, does not have a strategic instrument that will guide its management over a period of time. Why, this Strategic Plan was developed with the aim to identify the determinants of success, and aim with feasible strategies, results-looking. So that strictly reflects what our school hopes to achieve at the end of the period for which it has drawn a coherent and workable strategy to achieve after meeting the required sequence ventures. From these elements, the same ones that represent a macro analysis of the current situation of the school and the vision of its Stakeholders, Competitive Positioning characteristics expected according to the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization defined for the period were redefined 2013-2017. Strategic Themes are required also defined to provide collegial approach to value our attention, reflecting more clearly the services to be delivered to the members of our school. We know that the challenges of the Professional Organizations and Business require new roles and key functions of these, even when they occur at present some uncertainty due to a possible outbreak of global financial crisis and its impact on developed economies and emerging development, affecting formal economic agents (that represent the target markets of the members of the College), generating threats by the probable deterioration of the economies of clients. Despite the specific and comprehensive measures being taken by the Government to address the problem, the situation and corresponding impact could be differentiated by geographic and socio-economic sectors, which is an important factor to consider in the tactical actions of care and support of the members.
