Sumario:The general objective of this research was to determine how the Training Process is related to the Results Evaluation in the Operations area of the La Arena mining company, year 2017. The research problem was: How does the Training Process is related to the Evaluation of Results in the Operations area of the mining company La Arena, year 2017?. The research design used was non-experimental, descriptive, transectional or transversal, correlational type. Its population was conformed by 524 workers of the area of operations, being its respective sample of 80 workers, to whom the technique of the survey was applied to them; In addition, an interview was applied to the head of the operations area and to the sub-head of the training sub-area. After the analysis of the results, the hypothesis was confirmed that establishes that: The Training Process is positively related to the Results Evaluation in the Operations area of the mining company La Arena, year 2017. The main conclusion was that that both statistically and qualitatively it has been shown that the relationship between the Training Process and the Evaluation of results is positive, since the ratio is r = 0.862; qualitatively, both variables have obtained scores that place them at the high level. Therefore, it was recommended that the area in charge of scheduling the trainings, always carry out a preliminary study on the training needs of the personnel, thus the results obtained will be coherent and positive regarding productivity and performance.
