The managed sectors were sector A, B, C, D, E. to which they were applied in the seedbed insecticides such as Imidacloprid (Fortagen 350 SC) dose of 5.12 ml /20 liters of water, and Lambda-cyhalotrín (Detoque) 12.5 ml/20 liters of water; in transplantation: Clothianidin (Dantotsu 50 WG) at doses of 150 g/Cil, and Dinotefuran (Stricto) with doses of 100 gr /Cil. It is noted that both the seedbed and transplant could obtain good control of Hydrellia wirthi Korytkowski. According to the results Hydrellia wirthi Korytkowski cause major attacks at the time of transplant.

IR – 43 en La Calera – Guadalupe – La Libertad. Para el estudio de la dinámica poblacional se evaluó semanal, 10 de plantas de arroz por sector escogidas al azar y se determinó número de hojas minadas, número de minas por hoja y número de larvas por mina. Los sectores manejados fueron el sector A, B, C, D, E. a los cuales se les aplicaron en el almácigo insecticidas como: Imidacloprid (Fortagen 350 SC) con dosis de 12.5 ml/ 20 litros de agua, y Lambda – Cyhalotrin (Detoque) 12.5 ml/ 20 litros de agua; en el trasplante: Clothianidin (Dantotsu 50 WG) con dosis de 150 gr/Cil, y Dinotefuran (Stricto) con dosis de 100 gr/Cil. Se observó que tanto en el almácigo como en el trasplante se pudo obtener un buen control de Hydrellia wirthi Korytkowski.
