Although the leadership can be defined with several shades, inside the present research we defined as an influence or the process to influence people so they develop, enthusiasm, good disposition and commitment directed to reach the objectives of a certain mission. A leadership of service combines several important elements: The ability to use the power efficiently and in a responsible way with a motivation of service, the ability to understand that the human beings have different sources of motivation; the ability to inspire and the ability to act in such a way that will develop a motivating environment that leads to the commitment. Nowadays the excellences in the service as the management style has become an inescapable demand in all organization that in the end is directed and composed by people and they are the ones that make decisions that finally will determine the future of the company. In that order of ideas our proposal goes in the sense to demonstrate how important is the contribution of Jesus Christ for all workers and collaborator, taking it like emblem from the Leadership of service in the value creation, concept - this last one - who we take with integrality and that is forming itself as we are finding the historical weight of Jesus life, the impact of his philosophy demonstrating that his word is not only a set of very well articulated ideas but he was a leader able to maintain the balance between the truth and the action, the speech and the practice and that had an exemplary life very worthy to imitate. In our search, through a mainly documentary and historical investigation, we found that Jesus Christ left us a series of valuable lessons that we will call “Gold Rules” which they are decrees of obligatory fulfillment for all the ones that tries to direct, to manage or to administer under the concept of Leadership of service that causes the change and privileges giving and serving as pillars of the spiritual edification of people and therefore in the creation of value of the company or organization to which they belong. If the reading of these pages that follow awake interest in the reader to know the principles more deeply than sustains the leadership of Jesus and be able to apply them in your personal life, in your company or in both we will be satisfied, but for that you need to have a positive attitude to want to do it so that the process to get to be most similar to Jesus will be smoother, much more faster and less painful.
