Sumario: | ABSTRACT In the present research, the determinants of the sustained development of the Mypes in the Region of La Libertad have been studied. This has been done in order to collaborate from the field of economic sciences, to the growth and development of micro and small enterprises of the region. The research was carried out from a mixed approach under a non-experimental, transversal and explanatory scope. To obtain information on the variables a survey was applied to 383 Mypes of the region and an interview to three experts in economic development. The study found that the majority of Mypes in the La Libertad region (57%) are three years old in the market. 85% has remained the same in relation to its capitalization and evolution as a business. 49% have an regular level of development, 41% have a low level and only 10% have a high level. 89% of Mypes does not know and apply an adequate Internal Financial Structure for their business. 95%, when making an investment does not analyze how much this investment will contribute to the growth of your business. 93% do not have defined a medium and long term Financial Plan. Summing up these results we have that 96% do not have a Financial Planning for their business. 79% of Mypes in the region La Libertad suffers from low specialization, low costs and unskilled labor. Also, 88% make management decisions independently of their family, but it has a "single box" where it confuses business income with family members. Taking into account both responses, we have that 84% of the Mypes are not independent of the family. Finally, it was found that the Sustained Development of Mypes is strongly associated with Financial Planning, since the correlation coefficient between these variables was high (0.72). Therefore, Financial Planning is the determining factor for the Sustainable Development of Micro and Small Enterprises in La Libertad Region. |
