This study is aimed to analyze the impact on business management and administrative processes of the institute Fe y Alegría in 2016, covering the areas of logistics and personnel to evaluate the improvement of the processes in the above areas. The hypothesis is "Corporate Management have a positive effect on improving administrative processes (Department of Logistics and Personnel ) of Fe y Alegría Institute in 2016 " . The research corresponds to descriptive For this we have established necessary actions to determine how business management enables improved Fe y Alegría school in 2016 administrative processes; the factors to be evaluated are inventories of fixed assets; job satisfaction and scale remunerative in the institution. The study consisted of surveying 42 teachers and administrators who work in the Fe y Alegría in 2016. The results obtained using instruments such as the surveys were processed using statistical tables to graph the results in order to display them and then interpret , to reflect as business management as the process affects logistics and Joy Fe institute , contributing to the improvement of its activities to provide quality service for the best performance of the institution.
