Sumario:The globalized world demands that the teacher-student interaction and that of the didactid models humanize the desire to learn with understanding and creatively adding a high level of communication and confidence to it. The pedagogue is a communicator for excellence and must possess abilities just like the students to develop an efficient process of communication such as the pedagogic tendencies based on the humanist and historic social psychological currents state. The technical training develops in three dimensions: Instructive, developing and educational, which constitute unique processes and are related to each other dialectically. Such formation from its conception to its execution must be integral. In this process communication is the main transcendental element that mores the dimensions of the educational process. In the diagnosis of the dimensions of the educational process and of the quality of the pedagogic communication of the teacher in a population formed by one hundred eighty students and the non probabilistic sample of forty of tem it was determined that the communication is regular. Following the logie of the students, formative process, the purpose is to propose and apply a Communicative Action Guide to improve the integral formation of the students of Communication Sciences of the National University of Trujillo, because it lets see an increase of the academic archievement. We conclude that the Communicative Action Guide contributes notoriously to improve the students' integral formation by using the pedagogic model of the Socratic dialogue.
