Sumario:The present research entitled: Program educational games to improve the self esteem of the 5-year-old children of the Garden No. 215, Trujillo - 2019 had the purpose of improving self-esteem in all the boys and girls of the 5-year-old classroom of the mentioned garden, through an educational program based on educational games. The research was applied with a pre-experimental design, with a single experimental group, applying the corresponding pre-test and post-test, it was carried out with a population of 29 students from the 5-year-old classroom of the I.E. No. 215 made up of 16 men and 13 women, who were also our sample. The results obtained that in the pre-test 86.2% of children were in the low level and 13.8% in the high level with respect to self-esteem; but after having applied the educational games program, 89.7% reached a high level and 10.3% a low level. It was also shown that there is a significant difference of 2.96 in the improvement of self-esteem of the experimental group.
