The sample consisted of 80 patients, to whom the following instruments were applied: Questionnaire on the attitude of the patient with HIV / AIDS and Survey on quality of nursing care. Pearson's statistical test was used to relate the variables under study to the following results: 69% of patients have a negative attitude and 31% have a positive attitude. Regarding the quality of nursing care, 89% reported receiving a quality of regular nursing care, 11% a poor quality of nursing care. Concluding that there is a low positive correlation between both variables.(p= 0,005) |

Concluding that there is a low positive correlation between both variables.(p= 0,005)El presente trabajo de investigación es de tipo descriptivo, correlacional y de corte transversal, tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la Actitud del paciente con VIH / SIDA y la calidad de cuidado de enfermería atendidos en el servicio de Emergencia del Hospital de Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta. La muestra estuvo constituida por 80 pacientes, a quienes se les aplicó los siguientes instrumentos: Cuestionario de actitud del paciente con VIH/SIDA y Encuesta sobre calidad de cuidado de enfermería. Se utilizó la prueba estadística de Pearson para relacionar las variables en estudio llegando a los siguientes resultados: 69 % de los pacientes presentan una actitud negativa y el 31 % una actitud positiva. En cuanto a la Calidad de cuidado de enfermería, el 89 % refirió recibir una calidad de cuidado de enfermería regular, el 11 % una calidad de cuidado de enfermería mala.
