Sumario:ABSTRACT The present research work was of the applied type and its pre-experimental design, whose purpose was to determine to what extent the application of the proposal of the educational service of “PRONOEIs Cycle I of Community Environment” improves the integral development of children under 3 years, in the Santa Cruz de Chuca district in 2015. The sample population was 90 children under 3 years of age, to measure the integral development of the children, a Checklist was prepared, consisting of 17 items, distributed in 5 dimensions: affective relationship, autonomy and play, awareness, cultural identity, integral health. The instrument was validated at the content level by expert judgment. Hypothesis testing was performed applying parametric techniques. The results show that 73.3% of the children of the single group obtained a regular level in their integral development in the post-test after the application of the educational service proposal of “PRONOEIs Cycle I of Community Environment”; also 41.1% of the boys and girls obtained a regular level in the affective relationship dimension in post test, 78.9% of them obtained a regular level in the autonomy and play dimension in the post test, 63.3% of them obtained a level regulate in the awareness dimension in the post test, 53.3% of them obtained a regular level in the cultural identity dimension in the post test and 60% of them obtained a regular level in the integral health dimension in the post test. In addition, it was determined that there is a significant difference between the scores obtained in the post test with those obtained in the pre-test in the single group in relation to the integral development of children (p <0.05), both at the level of variable as at the level of dimensions. It was concluded that the application of the educational service proposal through “PRONOEIs Cycle I of Community Environment” if significantly improved the integral development of children from 0 to 3 years in the district of Santa Cruz de Chuca in 2015
