Sumario:The purpose of this research work is to determine the incidence of the organizational climate on the job satisfaction of the employees of the Caja Trujillo headquarters Huamachuco - 2016. The research problem is related to the following question: How does the organizational climate influence the job satisfaction of Caja Trujillo employees in Huamachuco 2016, whose hypothesis is: Improving the organizational climate will increase performance and the job satisfaction of the employees of Caja Trujillo Huamachuco headquarters in 2016, highlighting as study variables: Independent Variable: Organizational Climate; and the variable Dependent: Job satisfaction. The descriptive transversal research design was used, as well as inductive methods; analytical, statistical and research technique of data collection, such as the survey. In the surveys applied to the workers of the Caja Trujillo headquarters in Huamachuco, as shown in table 4.12, the "sig." Value is 0.000, which is less than 0.05 the level of significance, which justifies that there is sufficient statistical evidence to accept the hypothesis that sustains the relationship. In relation to the general objective where it indicates to determine the incidence of the organizational climate in the labor satisfaction of the workers of the Caja Trujillo Huamachuco headquarters year 2016 In the table 4.12 indicates the Spearman correlation coefficient a value of 0.652. It means that there is a moderate positive correlation between both variables
