The purpose of this research work is to determine the incidence of the organizational climate on the job satisfaction of the employees of the Caja Trujillo headquarters Huamachuco - 2016. The research problem is related to the following question: How does the organizational climate influence the job satisfaction of Caja Trujillo employees in Huamachuco 2016, whose hypothesis is: Improving the organizational climate will increase performance and the job satisfaction of the employees of Caja Trujillo Huamachuco headquarters in 2016, highlighting as study variables: Independent Variable: Organizational Climate; and the variable Dependent: Job satisfaction.
