This thesis was carried out in order to identify the "social causes which negatively influence the behavior of adolescents offenders of the law for the crime of rape from the youth center of diagnosis and rehabilitation Trujillo-2013"It has conducted the type of applied research, having as it shows 22 adolescent offenders of the law, which are held in the Center Youth Trujillo for the crime of rape, which applied the methods and techniques of qualitative research. The results obtained demonstrate that you causes social that influence the negative behavior of adolescents so that they commit the crime of rape, is due to the absence of Sexual orientation from their parents; and by the negative influence of the media, through the promotion of free sex and pornography.
