The research was carried out in order to determine the relationship between the Humanized Nursing Care and the level of maternal satisfaction in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Hospital Belén de Trujillo, 2019. It was a correlational descriptive type study. The sample universe consisted of 40 mothers, for the collection of data, 2 instruments were used, a maternal Satisfaction scale and a Humanized Care scale. It was concluded that 52.5% of family members perceive humanized nursing care at a high level, 32.5% at an average level and 15.0% at a low level. Regarding the level of satisfaction, 55.0% of the mothers obtained a low level of satisfaction, 32.5% a medium level and 12.5% a high level; also if there is a correlation between the study variables, humanized nursing care and maternal satisfaction level, obtaining a correlation coefficient, R=0.893 and a highly significant level p=0.00
