The content of this professional sufficiency work refers to the professional experience acquired from December 28, 2020 to the present (December 2022) in the mining company "Summa Gold Corporation S.A.C.". This paper exposes the functions, problems, applied solutions and results of my experience as a Personnel Administration Analyst at "Summa Gold Corporation S.A.C." The objective of this work is to show the improvement in labor tax management and compliance with labor obligations from my position as a Personnel Administration Analyst in the company "Summa Gold Corporation S.A.C.", from December 2020 to 2022 and for which The following specific objectives were developed: Analyze the functions performed, show the problems identified and detail the solutions applied to the problems. With the work experience I have managed to consolidate knowledge and develop skills as a professional, which allows me to be better and better. The methodology used in this work is quantitative, it can be validated with various principles and labor standards, generating measurable and comparable results. In addition, this report resulted in the description of the improvement in labor tax management in the mining company "Summa Gold Corporation S.A.C.", through the solution to the identified problems.
