The present research work was developed with the main objective of determining what relationship exists between the Administrative Organization and the Performance of the Milk Glass Program in the District Municipality of Chugay; the research problem is: What is the relationship between the Administrative Organization and the Performance of the Glass of milk Program in the District Municipality of Chugay, 2017? The type of research was nonexperimental, descriptive design transectional or cross-correlational type; for data collection, the 06 members of the Milk Glass Program Administration Committee and the 80 presidents of the base committees of the said program were taken into account; constituting at the same time in the sample, to whom a survey was applied. After analyzing the results and carrying out the corresponding discussion, the hypothesis has been demonstrated: "There is a direct relationship between the Administrative Organization and the Performance of the Glass of Milk Program in the District Municipality of Chugay, 2017". The main results are that the administrative organization is at the medium level in the entity, because they present some weaknesses and strengths; however, the performance of the glass of milk Program is at a high level. It was also obtained that the correlation between the variable Administrative Organization and Performance of the glass of milk Program is considerable or direct positive with a value of (0.715), and highly significant. Concluding that if the administrative organization is strengthened, the staff will better perform their functions and activities - thus contributing to the development of the program, achieving greater coverage of beneficiaries, timely distribution of products, and good quality of care. Given this, it is recommended that the administrative committee adjust to the standards established by the program, be trained to improve their professionalism, and implement a modern system for data processing; this will allow having a better control over the registers of beneficiaries that must fulfill the requirements, a greater efficiency in the acquisition of the products and a greater satisfaction of the beneficiaries.
