The present research work was developed with the main objective of determining what relationship exists between the Administrative Organization and the Performance of the Milk Glass Program in the District Municipality of Chugay; the research problem is: What is the relationship between the Administrative Organization and the Performance of the Glass of milk Program in the District Municipality of Chugay, 2017? The type of research was nonexperimental, descriptive design transectional or cross-correlational type; for data collection, the 06 members of the Milk Glass Program Administration Committee and the 80 presidents of the base committees of the said program were taken into account; constituting at the same time in the sample, to whom a survey was applied.
