This research has had as its main purpose to explain the influence of inadequate social and cultural practices in the family relationships in the homes of mothers belonging to grassroots organizations center retail values "El Milagro" during 2013. Throughout the use of descriptive design research was made; and to obtain the results of the research work was done with a total of 44 women, whose ages are between 18 and 50 years. To gather information on the study was necessary to make a thorough review of various documentaries in order to understand the subject under study sources, concepts that frame the subject and have a guide through the various research developed in previous years. Similarly it was necessary to use qualitative research techniques (such as observation and interview) and qualitative techniques (such as the questionnaire survey); such techniques and instruments were valuable to translate the information gathered and contrast with the hypotheses. Through statistical method situation came to have clarity of reality in which the group under study is located, showing that the present practice of inadequate values hampers domestic relations among members that make up the family involved the existence of conflicts, although mild, is constantly present, for small details. It is important to understand the relevance of this study, considering that the values instilled within the family upbringing; is a primary hub for good child training and interaction among its members. Finally is necessary to establish proposed changes to a process of practice within the family values, whereby members of each family have well-defined values and the importance of it for family relationships, achieving an adequate family environment, taking this practice values of coexistence and thus, cohesion and strengthening; therefore strengthen the process of family developmen
