This paper entitled "Proposed Technical Documentation System for Management Quality Analysis Laboratory of Soil and Foliar E.A.P. of Agronomy of the National University of Trujillo ", aimed to establish the necessary documentation for compliance with the technical requirements of the ISO / IEC 17025: 2006 as part of the accreditation to INACAL. Before starting the documentation an assessment of laboratory and staff interviews it was conducted after different actions were taken: (i) A review of the ISO / IEC 17025: 2006, (ii) an initial diagnosis documentation applying a checklist of documentary assessment to obtain a compliance rate, (iii) the establishment of a design (format) of documents to be processed and (iv) a final diagnosis of documentation. After the documentation was reviewed by the competent laboratory personnel. The checklist gave a total of 100 technical requirements, of which 47 were necessary documentation to meet the standard. As a result of this work the following manuals were created: Quality Manual, Manual Analytical Methods, Equipment Manual Organization and Operational Procedures Manual; each generated formats, programs, records, etc.
