This research was conducted in the province of Viru on the farm DANPER Peru S.A.C. founded 1200 Compositan which has cultivated hectares of asparagus. The objective was to determine the effect of three insecticides to control Spodoptera frugiperda in asparagus. The study treatments were T1 (Chlorantraniliprole: Coragen 0.15 l / ha.), T2 (spinetoram: Absolute 60 SC 0.25 l / ha.), T3 (Methomil. Dethomil 90 PS 0.7kg / ha) and T0 (control treatment without application). a statistical design of one box was used. The data obtained were subjected to the student t table, obtaining that all treatments had no effect on controlling Spodoptera frugiperda. reaching the end of the evaluation a total average of 13, 19.2 and 26.6 larvae girls and 5.2, 8.4 and 12.8 large larvae per linear meter respectively, outperforming the control treatment (T0) without application larvae and girls present 35.5 23.4 large larvae. However, treatment T1 (Chlorantraniliprole. Coragen 0.15 l / ha) maintained throughout the investigation a smaller population of larvae, compared to other treatments
