In this research work, it is analyzed whether violence against women or gender violence influences the poor quality of life of the employees of the company Viru S.A, for this the sample universe is made up of 40 women who fluctuate between the ages of 18 and 45. Regarding the methodology, quantitative research was used allowing data collection, for this the survey technique was used, likewise, the interview registration instruments were used as a guide to collect information. Finally, it can be said that from the origin and emergence of violence against women there is evidence of a deficient assessment of the person himself, a negative attitude arises so as not to continue progressing in the educational issue, from there it will be difficult for them to generate an income own economic that allows them to develop according to their own thinking of personal improvement. The main alternative solution to this problem is the promotion of strategic inter-institutional alliances, at the public and private level, in order to design strategic actions that facilitate breaking the cycle of violence against women by making them self-sufficient.
