Descripción
Sumario:The objective of this Thesis Report aims to model a rotary tube dryer used in the production of fishmeal, by programming in simulink, for which it is based on a mathematical model based on the balance of matter and energy as well as the equations involved in the dryer, the influence of the steam flow at the inlet, the% of the humidity of entry and the inlet flow of the waste is also evaluated; through open-loop and closed-loop simulations, determining that the closed-loop control system has the lowest deviation of% output humidity, relative to a set point established in the output humidity, whose range is ideal for the output humidity of flour is between 14 and 18%. Also the rate of return of the feed water was determined, obtained in a control system a closed loop with a value of 0.92
