| Sumario: | The development of this thesis entitled "Design of a didactic module based on artificial vision for the inspection of products according to their shape, color and / or geometric dimensions", arises in support of the Mechatronics Engineering Laboratory of the National University of Trujillo, with the to improve the practical learning that the students need, due to the deficiencies that the school currently has. The type of research was descriptive - experimental, following the methodology of implementing an inspection module based on artificial vision and by performing tests, obtaining the parameters inherent to the products and comparing them with those established by the user, thus determining the acceptance or rejection of them. Within the results we have the programming and graphical user interface in LabVIEW, the inspection environment was implemented with dimensions of 290x200x3503 for the free displacement of the products, 2 led lights of 4W each of, and 2 webcams of 4.8mm of focal length, the conveyor belt of dimensions 1000x250x1503 and the selection of the geared motor of 6Kgf.cm (36rpm and 1.5W), was also constructed the classifier actuator with displacement 300mm rack and the selection of its 2Kgf.cm (78rpm, 1.25W) gearmotor. Then the electrical-electronic components were selected, then the general electric plane was designed in AutoCAD, the electrical board was implemented and culminated with the integration and obtaining of the didactic module as a whole. Four performance tests were performed for each inspection on bearing diameters, bottle filling levels and bottle cap colors, verifying the correct operation as well as the scope (form, color and geometric dimensions) for the present work, thus achieving inspect all products entered. Subsequently the respective user manual was carried out. The didactic module implemented inspects 100% of the products, presenting itself as a reliable system, supported by a graphic interface that allows inspecting products according to their shape, color and / or geometric dimensions through artificial vission. |
