Sumario:The purpose of this research is to know the best application conditions of three types of oiling, by applying experimental design model, simplex centroid design expanded, so that it can provide in the leather the best properties. We performed a comparative study between Synthetic oil, taken as reference lubrication, and three types of lubricants polymer of acrylic esters, sulfated semisynthetic fat and lecithin. The results show that the greater degree of softness (higher than 4.1 mm) is obtained by applying 0 to 1.7% of acrylic ester polymer, from 0 to 1.7% sulphited semisynthetic fat, from 6.7 to 10% lecithin; The greatest variation of thick (higher than 1.3 mm) is obtained by applying 6 to 10% of acrylic ester polymer, from 0 to 2.5% sulphited semisynthetic fat, 0 to 1.5% lecithin; the higher tensile strength (higher than 240 N) is obtained applying 0 to 1% of acrylic ester polymer, from 0 to 2% sulphited semisynthetic fat, 7 to 10% lecithin; The tear resistance (greater than 120 N) is obtained by applying 0 to 1% of acrylic ester polymer , from 0 to 1% sulphited semisynthetic fat, 8 to 10% lecithin.
