This research paper presents the determination of breathalyzer in relation to sex and age group of the samples processed in the Decentralized Dosing Unit (UNIDEP) - Trujillo Headquarters, April 2018 - March 2019. The samples were analyzed using a qualitative and quantitative method (Modified Shefftel Method), and corresponds to 9414 drivers of both sexes and different age group, whose results were classified as positive samples a total of 1404 and negative 8010. The results showed that 93.81% of the people who came to be performed The Ethyl Dose test is of the male gender and only 6.19% are of the female gender. 72.95% of the people who attended the Ethyl Dose test at UNIDEP belong to the Adultez age group, 16.68% to the Juventud age group, 6.34% to the Senectud age group and 4.02% Your age group is Adolescence. The Chi Square test shows a probability of relationship between ethyl status and sex, showing a standard normal distribution, where the average male breathalyzer is higher than the female
