The present report was accomplished with 140 adult people of both sexes, members of Retailer Merchants' Association III stage of the. Manuel Arévalo Urbanization - La Esperanza, of whom, without breakfast, we took out 3ml of blood by venous puncture, for the blood test. Next the total cholesterol level was determined according to the enzymatic method. The objective is to determine the cholesterol level in the blood and let know the results to each patient, guiding them with the necessary instructions to preserve their own health. In the result’s interpretation, we used the percentage of calculation according to the division for sex and levels of Total Cholesterol (Low, Normal and High). As well, the total average was calculated according to the sex. The patients with Hypocholesterolemia were 0.71%, 82.14% with Normal values and 17.14% with Hypercholesterolemia. The Total-Cholesterol average of the integrants Retailer Merchants's Association III stage of the urb Manuel Arévalo - La Esperanza was 211.09 mg/dL ( DS: 39.99 ). According to sex, it is 215.58 mg/dL (DS 44.36) for men and 210.16 mg/dL (DS 39.17) for women
