In this paper we conducted a comparative analysis of accelerated stability study and the study of long-term stability of a syrup container Clenbuterol hydrochloride in polyethylene terephthalate (PET), to verify that the lifetime of a drug can predict an accelerated stability study. This study was performed by high performance liquid chromatography method (HPLC), according to internal technique for the quantification of clenbuterol hydrochloride syrup, given by ELIFARMA SA Laboratories. The present report was accomplished with 140 adult people of both sexes, members of Retailer Merchants' Association III stage of the. Manuel Arévalo Urbanization - La Esperanza, of whom, without breakfast, we took out 3ml of blood by venous puncture, for the blood test. Next the total cholesterol level was determined according to the enzymatic method. The objective is to determine the cholesterol level in the blood and let know the results to each patient, guiding them with the necessary instructions to preserve their own health. In the result’s interpretation, we used the percentage of calculation according to the division for sex and levels of Total Cholesterol (Low, Normal and High).
