| Sumario: | It is common for companies faced with problems of various kinds, in the beginning they are: The high percentage of financing entities; difficulties in accessing other funding sources, the traditional administrative organization in the production units; the classical practices and sometimes outdated kept in the sales and customer relations. To this we must add what credit sales brings with, the lengthening of the cycles of recovery, lack of immediately cash money , the possibility of not recovering, the need to maintain staff in charge of knowledge of the creditworthiness of debtors. All this constitutes a threat to achieve financial balance, so it is necessary to search for alternative funding. One is the Factoring becomes the means to prevent and control such problems. It is a financial product with which your company can obtain immediate funding of its sales to commercial credit to other companies and obtain, if desired, the security of the insolvency of their buyers. The term comes from factoring the words "factus" (which does something) and 'factor' (Guardian). In the U.S., factoring is equivalent to financier. "Factoring", according to the dictionary of the Royal Academy of the Spanish language and custom means jobs factor, or assistant trader authorized to traffic and on behalf of the proponent to assist in business. By Resolution No. 1021-98-SBS, published on 03/10/98, the Superintendency of Banking and Insurance approved the Regulation of Factoring. Article 1, defines this financial contract, as the operation becomes the factor for consideration of a natural person or legal entity, called the Customer Content credit instruments, in some cases to provide additional services in exchange for a pay. The Factor assumes the credit risk of debtors of the instruments acquired in future receivables. The problem of this research project considers To what extent is factoring as a viable financing is viable in the shoe business in the city of Trujillo in 2006? Assuming that factoring as a viable source of financing is in the footwear companies in the city of Trujillo because they influence significantly and in greater proportion than other sources of funding in the short term. The purpose of this study was to relate the sources of short-term financing used by MYPES and determine which of these sources is the most important influence on the shoe companies. It was to study a sample of 90 micro Footwear District of the Future, which was measured their needs for funds. The results showed that microsamples are taken on a considerable degree of growth because they are exporting their products while using factoring as a solution to their need for funds in the short term. The findings were obtained from the study were determined to be factoring in a significant way affects the competitiveness and productivity of Mypes of the city of Trujillo, and while the MYPES are not very attractive to the financial sector especially the banking is due to the apparent lack of assets, making it difficult access to credit for the development of their business. |
