The aim of this descriptive study was to calculate the equations to predict of the sumatory of diameters of the canines and premolars from the sumatory diameters of the lower incisors in students from public education the district of Trujillo 2007. The measurements of the mesio-distal diameters of the teeth in the 238 dental casts were measured with a sliding caliper with a Vernier scale neared to 0.1mm. 119 dental casts where from females and 119 from males. It was find significant differences in the mesio-distal diameters according to gender and dental arcade, but not by hemi arcade. New regression equations were calculated for the upper and lower maxilla in males and females. It was found that regretion lineal equations and quadratic equations are more exact in this students group from district Trujillo. Tables of probability were calculated which are more exact for the prediction canines and premolares in these students of public education of Trujillo.
