Sumario:This research study entitled: "Social factors influencing the high turnover in employees (as) workers (as) the group" H "of the company TAL SA, district Viru province of Viru, department L Libertad, Period 2014 ", aims to determine what is the influence of social factors influencing the high turnover of staff, collaborators (as) workers (as) the group" H "of the TAL SA, district Viru Viru province, department of la Libertad, period: 2014 ", therefore through this investigation it was determined that social factors such as: 1. Inadequate interpersonal relationships. 2. The labor demotivation Determine the high rate of staff turnover in the company TAL S.A, however within this research study was able to determine other causes that encourage the emergence of this problem, such as: 1. The existing gender inequality in families of employees (as), workers (as) the "H" group company AS S.A. 2. The selflessness of employees (as), workers (as) the "H" group company AS S.A. expressed in the inadequate performance of the assigned functions. However, the main root cause of this problem is for social reasons in the workers collaborators group "H", as from the instability in the environment where they perform their activity, they decide to leave because they have found a job that allows you to meet more of their expectations or because the company decides it is not suitable for the company. Thus from the results obtained from this research study, it was possible to conclude that the problems initially identified (high turnover), at the level of employees (as) workers of "H" group aS company SA prevents obtain a good quality of life product of inadequate working environment they live day to day in their workplace. Also this problem prevents the company to be consolidated through an efficient production process to improve its profitability, however, a recommendation should design strategic enabling them to improve their working environment and maintain its group of workers engaged in the development of the company We are convinced that from the results obtained in this study, which will be socialized with the staff who run the company for the actions in favor of the solution of this problem are implemented.
