It is concluded that the batches analyzed comply with the established specificationsLas prácticas pre profesionales se desarrollaron en el departamento de control de calidad del laboratorio farmacéuticos Markos SA, en el área fisicoquímica (control en procesos), con la finalidad de verificar la calidad de los comprimidos recubiertos de Ciprofloxacino 500 mg, para lo cual se utilizó la técnica propia del Laboratorio Markos con Referencia a la USP 39, para ello se desarrolló las siguientes pruebas: friabilidad, desintegración, dureza y Control de peso en cada una de las etapas del proceso desde el granulado hasta producto terminado. Así mismo se realizó la prueba de hermeticidad del blisteado. Trabajándose con dos lotes del producto, para corroborar si el proceso de fabricación era reproducible.
