Research made in Tarapoto-Perú, identifies emotional aspects, and features socio-demographic, warmth and satisfaction in their health care, in women user age. Conclusion and Results: 1. Socio-demographic characteristics of the MINSA, users were less economic and social level for rural and semi-urban, proceed with lower quality of life, than the served by health is enjoying, moreover, of EsSalud. 2. Satisfaction was low in both groups and there is no direct relationship between the conditions of life and received their health care, qualifying in several respects met less served in the surveyed EsSalud 3.
