Through the present work of research work entitled: "Role of Grassroots Social Organizations in the Local Development of the Macashca Poblado Region Ancash 2018" It demonstrated the important role played by grassroots social organizations in favor of the families of the community in which they are inserted, promoting the improvement of the quality of life of all its population, we refer to the ROL DE PROMOTOR DEVELOPMENT, expressed in the management and coordination for the attraction of public and private capital in favor of the development of agricultural and social projects. Consequently, the present research study demonstrated the following: • The role of organizer of community work in charge of grassroots social organizations was expressed through the management capacity that these bodies have assumed in order to obtain public and private investment in favor of community development, ensuring participation , involvement, commitment and sense of belonging of families in the development of these projects. • The role of channeling the demands of the community by grassroots social organizations, based on the strengthening of managerial capacities, was developed efficiently, since projects were managed before private entities (in favor of the agricultural sector) and public entities (in favor of health, education, etc.), in this way I contribute to the communal development and of the families living in the populated center. Likewise, it is shown that the main grassroots social organization of the town center of Macashca of the Ancash region, which leads the development of the community from the reception of demands and needs, as well as the organizer of community work, is assumed by the local development committee, being supported by other organizations such as the glass of milk and the soup kitchen that fulfill a complementary and supportive role to those of the development committee. However, as in any development project, several limitations have to be overcome, in order to obtain a sustainability that ensures efficient work in favor of a community in general, therefore, work must be done on the insertion in the families of the community of Macashca, the approach of inserting the gender equality approach, expressed in the regulations and / or statutes of the existing social organizations, as well as to ensure the commitment of the teachers of the community school from the education initial, in order to start the cultural and traditional change of the existing inequality between men and women. Likewise, with the aim of avoiding authoritarianism and leadership dependencies, a project for the formation of leadership cadres should be promoted in order to promote the sustainability of these organizational spaces for the development of the community. We hope that from the results obtained in this research study and the recommendations made in it, we can promote various actions in favor of the economic, social and cultural sustainability of the community in general, expressed sustainability in the improvement of the quality of life of its population.
