Was determined that 3 lagoons present some degree of high concentration of heavy metals, creating a medium that is inappropriate for some cultivation or exploitation, this by mining action close to them; in terms of chemical physical analysis 3 have an acid pH, average dissolved oxygen, but in its generality the lagoon Green 1 is in a bad state, step to an eutrophication in contrast to the Green 2 and green 3, those in that order presents a State of oligotrophy, information corroborated with biological factor - Macroinvertebrates. Keywords: focus on ecosystem, macroinvertebrates, wetlands, eutrophication and pollution.El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar el enfoque ecosistémico de las lagunas Verde 1, Verde 2 y Verde 3; para lo cual se aplicó lo establecido en el Protocolo Nacional para el monitoreo de la calidad de los Recursos Hídricos Superficiales, para determinación físico, química y biológica de la calidad del agua de dichos recursos naturales, se realizó también el uso de software del Drone para determinación morfométrica; a esto se le agrega una investigación en el aspecto socioeconómico de la población aledaña a los recursos, aquella que presenta el INEI, pues el fin es determinar su aprovechamiento o el cuidado que ésta tenga con los humedales y su estado de conservación.
