The objective of this paper is to determine the impact of agricultural loans granted by Caja Sullana and Agrobanco to individual farmers in the Mocan área a survey was applied of 22 farmers who represent 25% of the total number of farmers in the area to determine the benefit obtained by receiving a loan to finance their crops, as well as the main requirements requested by the Financial Institutions with greater acceptance of the area, also know the interest rates with which the credits are acquired which will allow to know if it is profitable or not to work with financing. It is concluded that the granting of agrarian credits benefits the farmers because it grants them the money they need to be able to face the agricultural corn campaign, giving them a working capital necessary to cover their production cost and that after returning the credit they have a return of 25.4% that allows them to live comfortably until the next campaign, or also remaining capital to carry out a campaign of another crop in this case bean.
