Sumario:Companies in the financial field have had huge commercial growth in the last decade,_x000D_ these companies currently manage large portfolios of different types of customers,_x000D_ therefore becomes important to improve maintenance planning of such portfolios._x000D_ At the present time have investigated various variants of vehicle routing problem (VRP),_x000D_ however, even in the financial field investigations have not been made in improving_x000D_ customer visits such portfolio._x000D_ This thesis analyzes the vehicle routing problem, currently business advisors financial_x000D_ institutions do not implement a schedule of visits to their clients masks, given the nature_x000D_ near the vehicle routing problem there is a set of nodes to be visited, a starting point and a_x000D_ visitor to the case since the nodes are the clients of such portfolios, the starting point is the_x000D_ financial institution, and the visitor is the same business consultant in charge of a_x000D_ respective portfolio._x000D_ Is considered known the location of the customers and their demands on their visits tale,_x000D_ with the implementing agent seeks to minimize the costs associated with maintaining_x000D_ client
