El desarrollo turístico, post covid-19, se expresa en el mejoramiento, reacomodos del ambiente y calidad de servicios; con el fin último de lograr satisfacción al visitante-turista, y aumentar el empleo con pleno respeto de los derechos laborales. Los centros recreativos constituyen lugares de esparcimiento de humanos, mediante actividades socio-culturales logrando el equilibrio corporal- mente y espíritu; en consecuencia, mejorará la producción y la productividad en los centros laborales. Sobre este enunciado, el objetivo general del trabajo de investigación es identificar la relación del desarrollo turístico con los centros recreativos del distrito de San Juan Bautista-provincia de Ica. Mientras los objetivos específicos son Identificar las instalaciones de los centros recreativos del distrito de San Juan Bautista. Identificar los servicios en los centros recreativos del distrito de San Juan Bautista. Identificar los recursos humanos en los centros recreativos del distrito de San Juan Bautista. El método de la observación, fue de mucha importancia porque esta nos permitió identificar si el desarrollo turístico se muestra efectivamente o es simplemente un enunciado y que los ambientes, equipamientos y recursos humanos están igual o no antes del SARS Cov-2. Estos resultados en términos generales indican que el desarrollo turístico se muestra en proceso de superación, plasmándose en el desarrollo de los centros recreativo del distrito de San Juan Bautista. Y finalmente concluimos. que el desarrollo turístico post COVID-19, comprende cambio y afluencia turística; mejoramiento de las instalaciones, mejoramiento de la calidad de los servicios con el fin último de lograr satisfacción mental-espiritual del visitante-turista. Y los Centros recreativos post COVID-19 comprenden espacios especiales destinados exclusivamente al esparcimiento de los humanos, mediante actividades socio-culturales y tiene como fin último lograr el equilibrio entre mente-cuerpo-espíritu. ----- The tourist development, post covid-19, is expressed in the improvement, rearrangements of the environment and quality of services; with the ultimate goal of achieving satisfaction to the visitor-tourist, and increase employment with full respect for labor rights. The recreational centers constitute places of human leisure, by means of socio-cultural activities achieving the corporal-mind-spirit balance; consequently, it will improve the production and the productivity in the labor centers. On this statement, the general objective of the research work is to identify the relationship of tourism development with the recreational centers of the district of San Juan Bautista-province of Ica. To identify the facilities of the recreational centers of the district of San Juan Bautista.2. To identify the services in the recreational centers of the district of San Juan Bautista.3. The observation method was of great importance because it allowed us to identify if tourism development is effectively shown or if it is simply a statement and that the environments, equipment and human resources are the same or not before SARS Cov-2. These results in general terms indicate that tourism development is in the process of improvement, which is reflected in the development of recreational centers in the district of San Juan Bautista. And finally we conclude that the tourist development post COVID-19, includes change and tourist affluence; improvement of the facilities, improvement of the quality of the services with the ultimate goal of achieving mentalspiritual satisfaction of the visitor-tourist. And the post COVID-19 recreational centers comprise special spaces destined exclusively for human recreation, through socio-cultural activities and has as its ultimate goal to achieve the balance between mind-body-spirit.
