La tesis tuvo como objetivo Analizar la incidencia del Rol del directivo en la Productividad Laboral del Colaborador Administrativo del Hospital Regional de Ica, años 2019 – 2021. Para el caso, la realidad contiene las bases teóricas pertinentes y los datos de campo correspondientes. Según la estrategia metodológica, la investigación fue de tipo básica–cuantitativa, de nivel descriptiva y diseño no experimental, específicamente el diseño transversal; la población de estudio estuvo formada por 110 trabajadores y por ende el tamaño de la muestra resulto 86 trabajadores; las técnicas de recolección de datos fueron: encuesta, análisis documental y la observación, mientras que las técnicas de procesamiento de datos, análisis e interpretación de resultados fueron: codificación y tabulación de datos, tablas y representaciones estadísticas, y el Chi – cuadrado. En relación con la comprobación estadística de la hipótesis se obtuvo como resultado 655.58 frente a un valor critico de 43.7730, lo que motivo rechazar la hipótesis nula y aceptar la hipótesis general; llegando a la conclusión general: Existe incidencia significativa del Rol del directivo en la Productividad Laboral del Colaborador Administrativo del Hospital Regional de Ica, basados en el rol interpersonal, comunicativo y decisorio. The objective of the thesis was to analyze the incidence of the Role of the manager in the Labor Productivity of the Administrative Collaborator of the Regional Hospital of Ica, years 2019-2021. In this case, reality contains the bases and the corresponding field data. According to the methodological strategy, the research was of a basic type - quantitative, descriptive level and non-experimental design, specifically the cross-sectional design; The study population consisted of 110 workers and therefore the size of the sample was 86 workers; The data collection techniques were: survey, documentary analysis and observation, while the techniques for data processing, analysis and interpretation of results were: data coding and tabulation, tables and statistical representations, and Chi-square. In relation to the statistical verification of the hypothesis, a result of 655.58 was obtained against a critical value of 43.7730, which reason rejected the null hypothesis and accepted the general hypothesis; Reaching the general conclusion: There is a significant incidence of the Role of the manager in the Labor Productivity of the Administrative Collaborator of the Regional Hospital of Ica, based on the interpersonal, communicative and decision-making role.
