La presente investigación tiene como propósito analizar de qué manera el liderazgo laboral influye en la productividad de los trabajadores de la Oficina Departamental de Estadística e Informática, Ica año 2023, el sustento de la presente investigación, el trabajo presenta los antecedentes a nivel internacional, nacional y local. Llegando una complementación óptima con la parte metodológica y los datos recogidos de campo. Entonces, la metodología de investigación, indica que fue de tipo básica de corte transversal, de nivel correlacional, y diseño de carácter no experimental. Por lo consiguiente, la población de estudio estuvo integrada por cuarenta y uno colaboradores de la Oficina Departamental de Estadística e Informática, Ica. Las técnicas que permitieron recolectar los datos fueron: La encuesta y para el procesamiento de los datos se utilizó la técnica del Chi cuadrado. En efecto, la comprobación de manera estadística de la hipótesis salió como resultado un valor más alto al valor crítico, lo que implicó en la aceptación de la hipótesis general y el rechazo de la hipótesis nula, llegando a concluir que el liderazgo motivacional refiriéndose a la comunicación, compromiso laboral y la toma de decisiones influyen en la productividad de los trabajadores de la Oficina Departamental de Estadística e Informática, Ica año 2023. Si se tiene un buen liderazgo motivacional se logrará que exista un nivel alto de productividad de los trabajadores en mejora del instituto. ----- The purpose of this research is to analyze how labor leadership influences the productivity of the workers of the Departmental Office of Statistics and Informatics, Ica, year 2023, the basis of this research, the work presents the background at an international and national level. and local. Reaching an optimal complementation with the methodological part and the data collected from the field. Therefore, the research methodology indicates that it was a basic cross-sectional type, correlational level, and non-experimental design. Therefore, the study population was made up of forty-one collaborators from the Departmental Office of Statistics and Informatics, Ica. The techniques that allowed data to be collected were: The questionnaire and the Chi square technique was used to process the data. In effect, the statistical verification of the hypothesis resulted in a higher value than the critical value, which implied the acceptance of the general hypothesis and the rejection of the null hypothesis, concluding that motivational leadership referring to the communication, work commitment and decision making influence the productivity of the workers of the Departmental Office of Statistics and Informatics, Ica year 2023. If there is good motivational leadership, a high level of productivity of the workers in improvement will be achieved. from high school.
